What I believe
My worldview is a tapestry of ancient spiritual wisdom and the cutting-edge science of the unseen. I believe:
Life is Ananda: Our true nature is pure bliss, peace, and abundance. I am deeply guided by the Upanishads and the concept of Anandamaya (the sheath of bliss), as well as the Biblical vision of a world restored to harmony, where “The wolf shall dwell with the lamb” (Isaiah 11:6).Whether we call it Nirvana, The Kingdom Within, or Tao, I believe life is Ananda—a joyful, interconnected flow where all life—animals, trees, and ecosystems—is honored and protected.
The Quantum Leap of the Mind: I don’t just mention Quantum Physics; I live by its principles. I believe in the Observer Effect—the scientific reality that our focus and attention literally change the behavior of the world around us. By using affirmations and the teachings of pioneers like Louise Hay and Joseph Murphy, we can shift our internal frequency to “collapse” the distance between who we are and our highest potential.
The Wisdom of Nature: I am a hardcore believer in Naturopathy. I believe our bodies and the Earth are self-correcting ecosystems. When we honor the trees, the waters, and the animals, we honor ourselves.
Why “Soulfully Unbound”?
I created Soulfully Unbound as a home for these beliefs. It is the philosophy that guides my life, my counseling practice and all. I believe in a world where no one has to “shrink” to fit in or belong. My mission is to help you unbind your soul from old patterns, so you can step into a life that is awakened, alive, and truly free.
